As a recruiter, you can browse our Online Database of resumes for free. You can do a search for finding the CVs of candidates who match the profile. For example, you can do a search for "Freshers who are BE/BTech/MCA passing in year 2004, having 70% and above career and who have knowledge of Java & PHP". You can download the CVs and the list of names & emails of the candidates whose CVs are returned. If you don't wish to donload the CVs, you can just copy the list of emails returned by the search and send them a common email stating the details of your vacancy and inviting them to appear for the recruitment process. Note : We do not charge anything for this service even if you recruit these freshers.
